Our Current Work.
Mentoring
We provide mentoring for young people in primary and secondary schools in UK and Ghana. We train mentors to work with young people who are underprivileged, on the verge of exclusion or disaffected from school.
Workshops
Our workshops seek to develop the skills and knowledge young people need to prepare for the future. Our workshops deal with confidence building, public speaking, leadership skills, University Prep, CV/Application writing, interview skills, etc.
Equip to Succeed
The Equip to Succeed Mentoring Project was launched in Ghana in October 2019. The project trains University students to support young people in their communities who are less privileged.

Inspiring Youth Achievement (INSPYA) is a registered charity in the UK and in Ghana. The organisation aims to encourage, support and inspire young people to achieve their ambitions. We seek to support young people to understand their skills and to better equip them to plan and execute their goals.
We do this through a number of guided programs, including:

- Self-development & Career workshops
- Networking events
