  • Provide one-to-one and group mentoring sessions to youth participants
  • Offer guidance on personal development, education, career pathways, and life skills
  • Act as a positive role model, fostering motivation, accountability, and resilience
  • Support participants in setting and achieving realistic goals
  • Collaborate with INSPYA staff and other mentors to deliver programs effectively
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive mentoring environment
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for youth development and community impact
  • Relevant experience in mentoring, coaching, education, or a related field (preferred)
