Purpose: To support the smooth operation of INSPYA’s programmes and organisational
activities through efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general admin tasks, including emails and enquiries.
  • Organise calendars, schedule meetings, and support internal communication.
  • Maintain documents, spreadsheets, contact lists, and filing systems.
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics.
  • Support volunteer and participant onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation (e.g., safeguarding, GDPR).
  • Assist with preparing reports, newsletters, and programme materials.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisation and administration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Good written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain confidentiality.

Time Commitment:

5 hours per month (including 1-hour monthly check-in)
