Overview
The Social Media Marketing Officer role grows INSPYA’s online presence to connect more young people and supporters to the organisation’s work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign and events.
- Produce graphics, short videos and promotional materials.
- Support storytelling by capturing and sharing programme highlights.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or enquiries where suitable.
- Promote fundraising appeals, programme launches and community events.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to create simple visual content (for example using Canva, CapCut).
- Experience managing social media accounts for organisations or brands (desirable).
- Good understanding of youth-focused and culturally relevant communication (desirable).
Term: 6 months | Time Commitment: 5 hours per month (including 1-hour monthly check-in)
