INSPYA was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every young person has potential, but not every young person has equal access to the opportunities needed to realise it.

They may not know what career paths exist, how to prepare for them, or who can help them along the way. This uncertainty can lead to disengagement, missed opportunities, and unfulfilled potential.
INSPYA was created to change this. By connecting young people with real professionals, providing hands-on career experiences, and building their confidence and capabilities, we help young people transform uncertainty into opportunity.
