Overview
INSPYA Mentors play a critical role in guiding and inspiring young people through structured mentorship, coaching, and skills development. Mentors support participants in building confidence, setting goals, and developing personal, academic, and professional capabilities aligned with INSPYA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group mentoring sessions to youth participants
- Offer guidance on personal development, education, career pathways, and life skills
- Act as a positive role model, fostering motivation, accountability, and resilience
- Support participants in setting and achieving realistic goals
- Collaborate with INSPYA staff and other mentors to deliver programs effectively
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive mentoring environment
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for youth development and community impact
- Relevant experience in mentoring, coaching, education, or a related field (preferred)
- Commitment to INSPYA’s values and safeguarding standards
Term: 6 months | Time Commitment: 5 hours per month (including 1-hour monthly check-in)
