Fundraising Officer

Purpose: To support INSPYA’s financial sustainability by identifying funding opportunities
and helping secure resources for its youth programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify grants, sponsors, and other funding opportunities.
• Contribute to writing strong and compelling funding applications.
• Maintain a fundraising pipeline and deadline schedule.
• Support donor stewardship (e.g., thank-you messages, updates).
• Assist in creating community fundraising campaigns or events.
• Track all fundraising activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support monitoring and reporting requirements for funded projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in charity fundraising or grant writing (desirable).
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and organise information effectively.
• Understanding of charitable governance or youth services (advantageous).
