A Youth Development Charity With Purpose
INSPYA was founded in 2011 by Vida Simpeh with the aim of encouraging, supporting and inspiring young people through mentoring, career workshops and youth empowerment workshops, focused on developing employability skills and confidence.
In 2015, we were honoured with a Partnership Award for our collaboration with Haringey Council.
Since our founding, INSPYA has supported hundreds of young people from less privileged backgrounds through mentoring, self development and career workshops.
In 2019, we expanded our projects internationally with the launch of our Equip to Succeed mentoring programme in Ghana, which has provided life-changing support for education and career development for young people in Ghana.
